3 Detection of Helicobacter Pylori
Principle: Urease is not present in mammalian cells, the presence of urease in human stomach is evidence of the presence of Helicobacter pylori. After oral administration of urea [“C] capsules, if the patient has Helicobacter pylori in the stomach, the urease produced by it, can quickly decompose urea into carbon dioxide and ammonia gas. Carbon dioxide is excreted through the blood into the lungs. The discharged “C02 is collected on the respiratory card, and the tag is placed on the Helicobacter pylori analyzer determine whether there is any in the stomach infection with Helicobacter pylori.
7 Method for detecting Helicobacter pylori
Should be fasted for 4 to 6 hours before the test
Take about 120ml warm drinking water with urea 14C capsule, wait for 10-20 minutes.
Collect the sample.
Test the sample.
