Overview of the DJI FPV Drone

The Dji FPV drone (combo) is the latest addition in the DJI family. DJI FPV is an incredible tool for capturing cinematic FPV footage for film production. This drone is combined with the FPV Goggles v2 and is equipped with a maximum speed of over 87 mph, and acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in just two seconds. This drone promises to provide you with a breathtaking experience. The remote in the box is a game controller style that many drone owners will be familiar with. It’s comfortable and has adjustable gimbals for feel and a few programmable switches. The DJI FPV Combo’s controller has several dedicated switches for the camera control and flight modes. Motion adds variety and dramatic effects to your footage. The DJI FPV drone can record 4K/60fps video at up to 120Mbps. This ensures crisp details which makes your content look clear and sharp.

The DJI FPV comes with 3 flight modes that is: N or Normal mode; This mode maintains altitude for the pilot and has obstacle detection / warning / avoidance features. In this mode, speed is limited and controls are somewhat simplified. The S or Sport mode also has altitude or position hold abilities but no longer brakes for obstacles and allows for much faster flight. M or manual mode is for seasoned pilots who are able to manually control the drone. This allows for maximum speed and maneuvering. All the modes have an emergency button which will halt the drone immediately. When the emergency button is held, it acts like a return button and your drone will return to its recorded home point automatically.

The DJI FPV Combo drone itself is a rigid plastic frame drone with 5” tri-blade propellers, similar to a traditional FPV racing drone. The battery is a 6s 2000mah lithium polymer battery which can deliver enough power for speeds up to 140 km/h.

DJI Air 2S RC Pro Remote Controller
This is a 5.5 inches remote controller with an inbuilt 10-point touchscreen that can be used to pilot and livestream the drone&#8217;s footage. This controller is optimized for outdoor use in terms of its brightness under the sun, but it also has an optional Outdoor Mode that can be turned on if the sunlight is more intense.

If you need others to monitor incoming footage from the Air 2S, you can use the built-in Mini HDMI connection to output it to an external monitor (not included). Additional functionality includes 2.4/5.8 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) network support, with 2 x 2 MIMO for accessing the internet via a built-in browser. This drone also has AirSense which warns the drone&#8217;s pilot of nearby helicopters and airplanes that transmit ADS-B signals. Additionally, the GEO 2.0 feature uses geofencing to advise users of airspace restrictions.

Obstacle Sensing &amp; Avoidance
Obstacle sensing and avoidance when flying a drone is a critical aspect of accident prevention. In this sense, the Air 2S drone is equipped with sensors at the front, back, upwards and downwards. It also has the APAS 4.0 technology which reinforces the obstacle sensing and avoidance aspect for ease of flying in narrow such as through trees as well as in open fields.

Hyperlapse Modes
DJI Air 2S has four hyperlapse modes
&nbsp;
Circle: With this, the drone flies around a subject generating a timelapse video.
Course Lock: This mode enables the drone to lock onto a subject and fly in a straight line as the gimbal tracks it, keeping it centered in frame.
Waypoint: Setup a flight plan with up to 5 waypoints. The Air 2S will automatically fly along the waypoints and record a timelapse video. The altitude, distance, and gimbal angle of each waypoint can be adjusted.
Free: This mode gives you complete freedom and manual control over the drone and gimbal.
FocusTrack Modes
ActiveTrack 4.0: Select a subject and the drone will track and keep it centered in the frame. It will then automatically fly and track the subject as it moves, keeping a safe distance and utilizing the Air 2S&#8217;s wide sensing range of its obstacle avoidance to protect itself in flight. If the subject is lost, the drone will automatically attempt to reacquire a lock. Spotlight 2.0: Select a subject and the drone will track and keep it centered in the frame, giving you the ability to pilot freely. POI 3.0: This will track a subject in a circle, based on a set radius and flight speed.
QuickShot Modes
While filming, you can choose to use either the Circle, Rocket, Dronie, Boomerang, Helix, or Asteroid modes for professional quality maneuvers.

MasterShots
Mastershots is an automated filming solution that enables the drone to follow your subject and automatically select 1 of 3 flight routes (Proximity, Landscape, or Portrait) based on the subject and its distance. The Air 2S drone will record a sequence of shots and edit them via a variety of preset themed templates you can choose with a single tap. If you&#8217;d like, you can also edit the footage, add audio, or subtitles.

Action 2 Power Combo Product Overview
Equip yourself with the Action 2 Power Combo by DJI to capture your travel adventures, sporting events or everyday life happenings for up to 180 minutes in its 32GB of internal storage capacity. The Power Combo collection brings on a power module, magnetic lanyard, and magnetic 3-prong mount, all of which can be snapped on together magnetically.

DJI Action 2 can record videos at up to DCI 4K60, UHD 4K120, and 1080p240 and capture images at up to 12MP raw and JPEG stills. Your footage is stabilized in-camera using the RockSteady Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) technology stabilizes at rates of up to 100 fps while HorizonSteady keeps your view level, even during extreme sports recording. It is also waterproof to 10m (33&#8242;) though the power module has to be equipped with a separately available case for it to be waterproof.

The magnetic snap-on module extends the camera&#8217;s runtime by up to 180 minutes and also provides for the addition of media storage device, a microSD card. Storage devices that are supported are up to 256GB microSD/SDXC/SDHC cards, UHS-I or UHS-III compatible cards via the ppower module. To capture audio, the Action 2 uses an integrated microphone and you can also wirelessly record audio for your videos via a separately available DJI Mic and connect it to the Action 2 Camera using a 3.5mm to USB Type-C adapter. Finally, you can share and/or edit your content using your phone via DJI&#8217;s Mimo App. The app also has an AI editing feature that allows for the addition of transitions and music to your footage.

The camera also has multiple recording formats. These are up to full-frame 6K30 Canon Cinema RAW Light LT, 4K60 in RAW LT and cropped S35 up to 4K30 in RAW ST. Slow and fast motion can be captured at rates up to UHD 4K120 in HEVC and AVC codecs. In 4:2:2 10-bit color you can record oversampled 4K 120p or 2K 180p with maximized detail.

This camera has an in-built thin motorized ND filter unit with up to 10 stops of neutral density. ND button controls are on the right side of the camera for quick exposure adjustments. For audio there are two mini-XLR input ports with phantom power and manual control dials. The camera supports 4-channel audio using dual mini-XLR ports, an internal stereo mic, and a 3.5mm mic input.

The EOS 4000D inherits an aging 18MP sensor that can trace its roots back to the EOS Rebel T2i / EOS 550D, which was released in 2010. The latest tech this is not.

The Blackmagic Design Pocket 6K Cinema Camera is a professional camera with a Super 35 sensor thus enabling it to capture footage at up to 50 fps 6144 x 3456 in a boon to lens connoisseurs everywhere. This camera has also been designed featuring an active Canon EF mount, thus, it allows you to make use of the expansive array of EF/EF-S–mount lenses available. This camera can turn one frame into two by cropping a second shot from one frame, to upscale to 8K, or to simply capture rich, detailed footage with your favorite EF/EF-S–mount lens. It has an internal color processing that makes it easy to intercut BMPCC 6K with BMPCC 4K footage.

While recording, you could use the internal CFast 2.0 and SD/UHS-II card slots or output via the USB-C port to capture longer clips to an external drive. It also includes a DaVinci Resolve Studio license and supports Blackmagic Raw capture from the sensor. <li>This Pocket Cinema 4K Camera from BlackMagic Design is a professional cinema camera that can shoot 4K (4096 x 2160 DCI) footage at up to 75 fps in a variety of codecs with a 4/3&#8243; sensor. Some of the BlackMagic design codecs available with this camera include Blackmagic Raw and ProRes 422. With the 6.6 update, the BMPCC 4K now offers up to 80 fps in a 2.8K raw mode for 4:3 anamorphic and up to 75 fps in a 4K raw mode in 2.4:1 widescreen. A 2x de-squeeze preview is available for 4:3 recording as well as a 1.33x de-squeeze option.</li>

For display on a larger display, you will need a full-sized HDMI port. 3D LUTs are compatible with this camera for monitoring.</li>
